5.0GHz 2T2R High Power Wireless Outdoor CPE

The APe 5800e is an integrated wireless access point that supports IE 802.11a/n wireless standards. Capable of fast and reliable speeds of up to 300Mbps, the APe 5800e is a Single Band Point to Point Wireless Access Bridge which focuses more on the 5.0GHz band rather than its 2.4GHz counterpart. This integrated point to point wireless access point allows for more speed and more reliability due to its less congested and highly efficient frequency band.

Equipped with a FAT and THIN AP mode, this point to point bridge is capable of providing flexible operating modes that allows your APe 2400e to be configured individually or deployed through a network completely utilized and maintained by an access point controller for a smarter and more convenient way of configuration.

In addition, the APe 2400e is equipped with a Load Balancing feature which allows this point to point bridge to effectively maximize its performance by equally dividing wireless connected clients to other access points within range. Spectrum Navigation has also been uniquely provided to allow the access point to direct clients to the channel with least congestion.

In terms of deployment, the APe 2400e is equipped with a passive PoE port, allowing you to utilize ethernet cables for both power and data, successfully reducing deployment cost with simpler installation and easy placement in optimal locations. Moreover, the APe 2400e is sleekly designed for flexible installation, combining aesthetically pleasing design with its flexible mounting kit through steel cable tie.

Centralized Forwarding Architecture

Aztech AP Controller series’ centralized forwarding architecture provide following benefits:

  • All AP management and client data traffic are sent to the AC through the secure CAPWAP tunnel. Then AC forwards the wireless data traffic to the outbound network and vice versa.
  • Unified, secure wireless traffic management. 


Auto RF Provisioning

Auto Channel Selection 

  • Automatically select proper channel and assign to managed APs 
  • Readjust channels by schedule (ex. at certain time, upon a certain interval)
  • When inserting new AP, the AP scans the RF area for occupied channels and selects a channel from the available non-interfering, or clear channels. 

Auto Transmit Power Adjustment

  • Automatically adjust the power according to the strength changes of RF signals broadcasting by other APs
